Mobile Bar Trailer

$185 per hour

Hourly Rate Includes:

  • Mobile Bar Trailer Dimensions: 7’ Wide x 15’ Long x 7.5’ Tall

  • Mobile Bar Trailer and one bartender for up to 60 guests, serving for a minimum of 4 hours

  • Serving up to 3 Signature Craft Cocktails, Champagne, Beer, and Wine

  • Customized drink menu to fit theme

  • Includes set up and clean up

Based on your guest count there will be an additional charge for the ice, garnishes, juice, syrups, bitters, clear plastic cups, straws, garnish skewers, and bar napkins. Guest counts with over 60 guests will require an additional bartender.

A travel charge will be applied for events based on your location.

Please note all alcohol must be provided by the client

Portable Bar Table

$120 per hour

Hourly Rate Includes:

  • Portable Bar Table Dimensions: 2’ Wide x 4.5’ Long x 3.3’ Tall

  • Portable Bar Table with one bartender for up to 60 guests, serving for a minimum of 4 hours

  • Serving up to 3 Signature Craft Cocktails, Champagne, Beer, and Wine

  • Customized drink menu to fit theme

  • Includes set up and clean up

Bartender

$65 per hour

Hourly Rate Includes:

  • One bartender for up to 60 guests, serving for a minimum of 4 hours

  • Serving up to 3 Signature Craft Cocktails, Champagne, Beer, and Wine

  • Customized drink menu to fit theme

  • Includes set up and clean up

  • Client must have a functional at home bar in order to book only the bartender (see photo above for reference)

Champagne Cart

$400 Day Rental

Includes:

  • Champagne cart dimensions: 2.5' Wide x 6.5' Long x 7' Tall

  • 60 Glass champagne flutes OR 30 glass champagne flutes and 30 wine glasses

  • 2 Large ice bins with ice

  • 6 36oz Glass juice containers with 1-3 different juice options

  • Décor: acrylic "Mimosa Bar" sign and fresh flower arrangement

  • Includes delivery, set up, and clean up

Slushy Machine

Available as non-alcoholic or with alcohol

$100 per hour

Includes:

  • Slushy Machine booked for a minimum of 4 hours

  • Slushy cart with white linen

  • Serving up to two different flavors

  • Includes set up and clean up

  • Choice of dehydrated or fresh fruit

  • Clear plastic 9oz cups, straws, acrylic flavor name plates, and stir sticks

Guest counts over 60 will have an additional charge for the syrups, clear plastic cups, straws, garnishes, and garnish sticks.

A travel charge will be applied for events based on your location.

Water Station

$50 Day Rental

Includes:

  • Bar table with ivory linen

  • Two glass containers

  • Water that will be replenished throughout the event

  • 9oz plastic water cups

  • Delivery, set up, and clean up
